Mastodon provides classes designed for everyone. Whether you're a beginner stepping into group fitness for the first time or a seasoned athlete striving to elevate your performance, we’ve got a class tailored just for you.


We offer LIIT classes 3 times a week and CrossFit 6 times a week!


Join us in the afternoons for energizing 1-hour sessions led by some of the friendliest and most encouraging coaches around. You'll be motivated to reach that "sweet spot" where your heart rate stays elevated, maximizing fat and calorie burn, toning your body, and helping you achieve your physical and mental fitness goals.

In our Cardio LIIT classes, the goal is to support you in building healthy habits and embracing a vibrant lifestyle. We’re here to cheer you on every step of the way and guide you through these high-energy workouts! By fostering a positive community and a lively, uplifting environment, you can break a sweat and have a blast working out with friends. We don’t just exercise for the sake of it—we do it to live more fully and enjoy all the moments life has to offer.

The Benefits of LIIT

Low-Intensity Interval Training (LIIT) is an excellent way to enhance your explosive strength and overall physical abilities. Engaging in intentional and dynamic movements not only improves your physical health but also helps to reduce stress, boost your confidence, and increase your energy levels.

CrossFit

CrossFit is a full-body workout that will kick your body into high gear. If you're looking for an effective workout and a supportive community, call Mastodon Strength and Conditioning. Each CrossFit training program can be tailored to your fitness level. Our certified coaches will help you learn the movements and reach your fitness goals.
