CHALLENGING, ENCOURAGING, MOTIVATIONAL, FUN, QUALITY WORKOUTS HERE!!! The workouts here can be very challenging, yet you have the choice to scale the workout for a day that you don't quite "feel" it. The Cross Fit community is always encouraging: encouraging for you to do YOUR personal best. COACHES Zak and Stef are detail oriented, professional, trust worthy, and fun! They give just the right motivating words at just the right time as you grind out the moves. QUALITY over quantity is stressed, which is smart because then the chances of injury is less. They demonstrate the skills and have you practice each movement of the WOD (workout of the day) BEFORE doing it, to prepare you and for muscle memory. I've learned so much in this past month! I've been doing Cross Fit for 2 years now. Didn't even know there was a one legged toes-to-bar modification or how to row right til I was taught here. My sincere gratitude for taking me to the next level, Zak and Stef!! You guys are truly amazing!
